Hi my name is Joshua Bates, I am a 19 year old student currently studying Film and Television production at the University of Hertfordshire.

I have had a strong interest in media for a long time now and started studying Media Studies, Interactive Media Studies, and Photography during my GCSE years from 2018 to 2020. I then took Media Sudies and Photography again for A-Levels as well as also taking an EPQ in which I decided to study how easy it was to make a short film on a low budget.

Since I finished my A-Levels I decided to further improve on my photography during my gap year before I started Uni. This website serves as a portpholio of all my work since 2018.
